Weektun (one week retreat), is a very special opportunity to slow down in our life.
Practicing meditation we can meet ourselves and others in a very open, kind and authentic way. Talks, instructions, interviews and discussion groups will support participants in this intensive and extraordinary experience.

Program is open for those who want to start practice meditation and also for those who have more experience with Shamatha meditation.

There is also the possibility to participate in the first weekend only -  3th-5th of September.

Location:
The program will take place in Gadom. This is a very comfortable land center near Szczecin (Stettin) in the north-west of Poland (only 2 hours car drive from Berlin International Airports). There are good rooms with 3-5 beds each and private bathroom. The transfer from Berlin airports or train stations can be organised comfortably.

Traveling informations:

Arriving: September 3rd, 6 p.m.
Departure: September 11th, 12.a.m

Access: At present Berlin (180 km from Szczecin) is now easily accessible via several discount airlines: www.ryanair.com, www.easyjet.com, www.berlinair.com and www.germanwings.com. There are now also daily budget flights from London (Stansted) to Szczecin with Ryanair. Upon request the organizers will provide the participants a shuttle bus service from Berlin to Szczecin for 25 Euro one way and from Szczecin to Gadom for 5 Euro one way. It's possible to travel by bus to Szczecin: www.centrala-autobusowa.pl 

Prices:

1. Weekend        - 3^rd-5^th September    - 85 Euro
2. Full program  - 3^rd-11^th September  - 300 Euro (if registration till 1.08.)
                                                              - 350 Euro (if registration after 1 .08.)
