For further information, please email awakenedheart@shambhala.org.uk The weekend begins with an introductory talk on Friday at 7.30 pm, and continues on Saturday from approximately 9.00 am - 6.00 pm, starting with breakfast and going out for an evening meal. Sunday continues from 9am ending with a reception at roughly 7.00 pm. Cost: £115 (£95 if pre-registering before September 4th). Concessions available.
